I've got eggs!!

I've been holding out on y'all! I wanted to get at least a half dozen eggs before posting.

Here they are!!

Here was the first one (I couldn't get the lighting quite right):

I think my little pullet Henrietta laid them all, but not sure. I KNOW that she laid at least 4 of them. I'm not sure if Fanny is laying yet or not, but I guess I'd be getting 2 eggs instead of 1 if she were.

Here's a picture of them from a little less than a month ago (sorry not a good shot...they were camera shy I guess...LOL

Boy, they have changed in less than a month! Look at the comb difference if you can tell. Henrietta's has grown so much that it's flopping sideways now...LOL

Fanny's has grown too, but isn't laying to one side like Henrietta's (that's how I tell them apart).

What beautiful perfect eggs! Congratulations! I grew up with a pet chicken named Henrietta- she used to nest in my mom's primrose window boxes

I'm on the "egg watch" with my 19 week olds. How old was she when she laid her first one?
