ok this is my first incubation and today is day 21. ive got one egg rocking back and forth since last night and 8 others not moving at all. is this normal or will they just take a little while longer. i candled on day 18 and everything looked good

That sounds normal to me. So many things can affect the "due day", (low or high incubator temps., older eggs, etc.) the hatch could spread out over days.

They rest for very long periods during the breaking out period. It would be hard to note all the movement unless you watched constantly for an hour or more. Some also don't move as much because they have already gotten into position by now. Good Luck with your hatch.
