Hello, I've just noticed this on my pullets face and eyes. I'm not sure what it is. I feel awful, I've been extremely busy the past couple of days and haven't noticed until today.

It looks like she has dry fowl pox a virus transmitted in hot weather by mosquitoes. It lasts about a month or a little more. There is no treatment. Secondary infection can occur. Those can include wet fowl pox with oral lesions inside the beak. She also has a foamy eye, so I would clean her eye with saline twice a day, and apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin.

Agreed, fowl pox. It looks like there might be a feather or a piece of fluff possibly irritating her eye to cause the bubbles. Use scissors to cut and remove the fluff/feather if that's the case.
Thank you guys! I isolated her after I posted and will start treatment on her eyes. This one had cocci a few weeks ago and just got better 🤦‍♀️ I do have nutri drench and electrolytes, should I treat her with it, just in case?
