Ivermectin dose

I meant the DE.

Lots of people think it's an effective de-wormer, but trust me, it's not. If you doubt me, please try to find some studies done on poultry that prove it's effective. I searched high and low and could not find any.

I must be confusing ivermectin with another dewormer- I know many dewormers are poisonous to dogs and cats.

Cats and most dogs can have any of the common wormers. Exception being what's said here: https://www.petcarerx.com/article/ivermectin-intolerance-in-collies-and-other-dogs/750

We have horses, so that may be why- I know there was a thread on here somewhere about someone losing dogs to a wormer. Not sure if it's horse or otherwise.
Personally I have never had to deworm my chickens, but it varies for everyone. It's -40°F here right now, so that may be why I have no worming issues.

People can lose their heartworm positive dogs when they use ivermectin, or when they try to use a horse or cattle product to treat them.
