Hi All...I've been seeing Ivermectin topical being used on chickens for parasite control. Where do you get this and how much do you apply. So far, I have only seen it sold for use in cattle only. Any help/information would be appreciated!

You can purchase this at your local feed store. Yes, it does say for cattle (pour on for cattle) I've used it on my chickens with no problems. I use a dropper and place one drop on the back of the neck/shoulder against the skin. Just like when you put flea drops on cats and dogs. You can go to the search bar and put in wormers and you can see what other people are useing and doing for deworming your chickens. Good luck!

I use the apple flavored jell in a small tube for horses. It works well and only costs a few dollars. Apply a bb sized dot in the beak for internals or small dabs under wings and on comb for externals. I completely eliminated a lice problem with it.
