Ivermectin for deworming?

Do you have a picture of the worms you are seeing? Sometimes maggots, that are laid in droppings after the fact by flying insects are mistaken for worms. If you do have internal parasites, then either Safeguard liquid goat wormer or Safeguard horse paste can be used, as well as Valbazen, those are more effective and will treat everything except tapeworm. Safeguard is usually available locally, Valbazen usually has to be ordered online.

As coach723 said, pictures can help. Most worms or their eggs are not seen without a microscope, except for a few (tapeworm segments or large roundworms.) Most chicken worms are treated best with safe wormers, Valbazen (albendazole) and SafeGuard (fenbendazole.) Tapeworms are best treated with a product containing praziquantel in Equimax horse paste. Zimectrin Gold works too, but is more expensive and dosage varies from Equimax. We can give dosages for chickens depending on weight.

Here and there I notice some worms in poops and then I find none. Is ivermectin a good dewormer?
I agree, photos of the worms would be helpful.
I would not use Ivermectin for deworming, instead I would follow the suggested recommendations posted by @coach723 and @Eggcessive 👇

Hey there - I am looking for dosage of liquid ORAL Ivermectin (10mg/ml strength), I used it last year, wrote down the dosage and promptly lost it (ya go figure!). And before everyone goes on about it not being effective and use 'this' instead, this is what I have on hand, use it for my horses so that is what I need a dose for.

Have had Ascarids before (gross :sick) did a great job of getting rid of them. Usually I do a 'herd fecal' yearly, but now I just worm yearly, they are going to get them I learned to live with that knowledge, so I just deal with it. Who am I to stop them eating all those yummy bugs, worms, and what-not!

You can do a search on BYC for dosing of ivermectin. Added benefit is your chooks get wormed.
