Ivermectin for mites

I don't know about applying Ivermec injectible to the skin but when I put the Ivermec pour-on on the skin it will leave a scab. So I am careful to not put very much in any one spot.

Just once should do it, but if see hugs in the next 10 days, do it again.

There are a bunch of vets and bird owners that recommend using the 1% instead of the pour-on because the pour on is known for doing this.
