Ivermectin given, how soon until I can give Safeguard?

I gave my bird 0.23 ml of Ivermectin orally. I've heard it's lost much of it's effectiveness as a dewormer. How long should I wait to administer Safeguard? I have the goat injectable version that I found an oral dosage for her.

Might you have any insight on when I can use Safeguard? Don't want to overlap them if I shouldn't. We aren't really worried about getting eggs from her for awhile, we usually wait 30 days after meds.

I found an older thread where one user shared they use both safeguard and the ivermectin at the same time.
