Ivermectin use in cats?

Checked and Scaredy is in the winter house snuggled down on the heating pad and her favorite blanket.

Scaredy knows a good thing when she sees it...a full belly, a heating pad and a good blanket. Plus someone that cares for her. ❤️

Heard a disturbance on the deck this evening and went out to find Scaredy in a standoff with a long haired gray cat twice her size. When I moved towards them to defuse the situation, the gray cat arched its back and thought about attacking me. I chased it into the parking lot where once again it stopped, arched its back, hissed and started towards me. The brush stick in my hand convinced it that was not a good idea. Hopefully this is a one off happening, but this may very well be the cat that scratched Scaredy's face several weeks ago. I will do whatever I have to do to keep her safe.

Have you called animal control? A bold cat like that should be picked up and examined for rabies.

As would I. I hope it doesn’t come back.

Glad you were there to protect Scaredy. Janie's right, that is one very bold cat.
