Ivomec - Will it Stain?

I've heard a lot of good things about Ivomec (not the injectable kind) and since we have mites, I've decided to give it a go. My only concern is that I have a few white bantams. Will Ivomec stain? I know it's only a couple drops on the skin, but I plan to show these birds at the end of the month and can't risk having white plumage stained.

If you have a mite infestation the least of your concerns should be whether it stains or not. If you are concerned about staining then use an alternative treatment method, but treat the birds ASAP. Mites are very dangerous in large numbers. They can kill birds in record time, especially a tiny bird like a bantam. They drain them dry.

The pour on is blue tinted, but doesn't stain from my experience. Seems to hint of blue if it hits a white feather accidentally, but quickly goes away and the exact spot it was dropped can't be found within drying time. (quickly) I used it on Light Brahmas.

I've used it on white Silkies. Not a problem.
