I have found that MT-DI sells a "Red Ranger" from France which sounds the exact same or very similar to the Freedom Ranger of JM Hatcher only they are .30 cents a bird less for 50 and .05 cents less per hundred. Has anybody raised any of these from MT-DI? Also Nolls has a Kosher King and a red and white broiler for .60 Cents each for 100 has anyone tried any of these birds? If so what is your opinions?

Sorry who is MT-DI ????? I have grown out J/M freedom rangers with good results.

There
is thier link, they are another hatchery out of PA. They sell cornish cross, the Red Ranger and a breed called Rosambro? which is suppose to be somewhere between the Cornish X and a Ranger. I was just curious if anyone used them as they are cheaper than J&M. I am thinking they are the same birds.

Thats the first place I've seen offer capons. They are pricey but I might buy some just to see.
