Jack or Jackie? Roo or hen?

For the longest of time, I thought this was going to be little Jackie but after taking pictures and looking at the feathers I'm not so sure any more. This baby hatched 10/5/16 so it's 4 months. Mom is a welsummer and dad is a naked neck RIR. What do you think?

I was afraid of that. His comb didn't red up until just a couple of weeks ago and that's when his saddle feathers started to grow as well. Darn. I have two roosters already and a third is sure to bring on a divorce...unless this one likes my husband, but I'm not counting on that.

Thank you all for your input. Little Jack is a sweet one which is why I was hoping he was a she. The subtraction part is the hardest for me. I need to not let my broody hens keep their eggs
