This is my last hatch with that rooster, I am so glad I have the little splash, she is getting more splashy, here is her mom.

I like how splashes are l like dalmations and how the spots keep coming, but they are born white. or in her case yellow.

Every 4-8 hours depending on being home/sleeping etc.

Don't forget that you'll want to make sure it's an odd # of times a day. The most common # seems to be either 3 or 5 times a day (180 degree turn).

#4 chick is out, I am going to call this one "Commando". When I went to take a picture, he commando rolled towards the camera.

of the 3 left...2 pips and one not doing anything. The last 3 were either store fridge eggs, or just the tail end of the fertile eggs since the rooster was put down.

I counted all the babies hatched since Nov. 30. 40 babies. Not counting the 3 unhatched.

Hey guys quick question. It’s day 21 for me (duck eggs) I’m just making sure that it’s normal to see strong veins but no movement. Everything else is normal. Also, I have an egg that’s sitting in the center of my incubator that looks like it is already pushing against the air cell. Hasn’t broken through yet but is consistently pushing. I think i’ll move it to my hatcher tomorrow. (That tells me there’s a hot spot in the center of the incubator)

The NN egg hatched first, day 20 still , the chick doesn't look to be NN though. The dark egg upper left hand corner is starting to zip. Some of the gray eggs are from my hens. there may be some from a grocery store fridge eggs from a near by farm I don't recall which but fridge eggs will take longer to hatch.View attachment 2956582
