Fans of her know that is enough to make you laugh, but have you seen her latest book? Foul Play. Should be titled Fowl Play because it is about a chicken!

I LOVE her books! Is it a character we already know?

No, unfortunately it's not Stephanie or Lula (HAHAHAHA), two new characters, but it just cracked me up that this gal loses her job to a chicken. The whole book is about her and this guy and secondarily, the chicken! And you Janet, nothing she is writes ISN'T funny.

I'll have to keep an eye out for that one. I've started listening to her audio books, they're pretty darned entertaining!

You have to start with One For the Money and go forward or you will miss the whole Joe and Raner connection and how Lula came to the stories. They are a roll on the floor!

Oh, I've read them all. It's just funnier to listen to them! (And I'm partial to the Lula/Tank subplot!)

Oh I know!! Tank and Lula. Can you just PICTURE them? One of my favorite scenes in any of those books is when Grandma Mazur shoots the chicken off the dining room table. I still bust out laughing when I think of it.
