Janoel 12 technical help

I just got my Janoel 12 incubator. After setting it up, I turned it on, the temperature started reading above 40 celcius and before I knew it I heard a pop sound and the machine went dead and cannot be started.

I am wondering if it is a fuse issue? They provided a spare fuse.

Anyone able to help?

I have a batch of fertilise eggs coming on Thursday. It's out first time incubating =(

I have the same incubator but full of eggs right now and I can't look at it, but from what I sense you have no choice but to remove the grill from the top cover and try to change the fuse.

I did remove the grill but struggled to find where the fuse was located. It does not help that I am a total idiot when it comes to electronic matters. Was trying to find a video online to fix it but was not able to.
