Hello,

i am considering getting the Jn2-60 as my hatcher and either the JN42 or the janoel 96 or 48.

Here are my questions:
Jn2-60: do temp and humidity remain relatively consistent?
JN42: Has anyone actually used this incubator? It looks different from the other ones and I am wondering about the quality

JN48 or 96
I am specifically looking for information regarding the electronics (do they break easily?). I stagger the hatches so I don't really need an incubator that counts down the days, but I want something that controls temp and humidity really well.

I don't know about your incubator because I make my own. It holds the temp just fine, I dry hatch and roll may eggs around once in morning once in evening. and it does just fine.

good luck in your findings.

You must be more handy than I! Nice bator, I am looking for a higher volume incubator and thinking of roping my fiance into making a cabinet incubator for me. It will still end up being pretty pricy though. I hope to make it for less than $200.

I like this small bator because I'm familiar with the exact heat for it. if I want more than 6-8 I would get another bator going. I had hatchers going all year 45 chicks total. hatched 8 separate hatches.
