Hi I have just bought the janoel24 incubator I was wondering if anyone else has this model as I have started it up and can't see the turning rod moving the tray. Should I be able to see it moving ? Thank you

I know I have heard people mention that brand often. But, I've never incubated, so don't know anything to help you. Is there a customer service no. you could call for assistance?

Hi there is a number but it's I. Japan so I don't really want to call it. I think I've got it sorted now

I've borrowed one before. It moves but only ever ten minutes or so. Just note which way they are tilted then check again ten minutes later and see if it's moved. I rarely actualy caught mine in the act.

And run the sensors inside through the lid (there was an air hole ). The temps and humidity gauges were way and I mean wayyyyy out on the one I'd borrowed and google tells me it's not the only one with that problem. If you do get one google hygrometer calibration so you can check it's accuracy too.

It took me days of trial and error adjusting the settings to get it to maintain correct temps. I would run it for a week before I put any eggs in if you can
