I appreciate that the mods opened this thread back up so people may continue this swap. Since the thread was closed I tracked down the people I was sending eggs to and notified all of them that I was their swap partner and I sent their DC#s to them. I didn't want to take the surprise out of it, but I wanted to make sure they were checking at the PO for the eggs. So...my three swaps are pretty much complete from a logistical standpoint. I sent the info to Shelly as well but I am not sure she got it.
Oddly enough I just started my own monthly swap somewhere else about ten minutes before this thread was opened back up. I though it was such a good idea & I really enjoyed the chance to share in that format. I do understand why the mods closed these things down and I am sure they got tired of people complaining as well.
My swap partners all know how to reach me through PMs and my e-mail is Lv4running (at) yahoo.com if anyone has any questions about the eggs they sent or receive to/from me. I hope they all get their eggs intact & that they all hatch out well for them. All of mine are in the incubator & I am excited to see what hatches in a couple of weeks.
If they allow more swaps I'd like to participate once there is a bit of security that they won't get shut down again. For now I hope to be busy with my own swaps until the logistics get worked out here. No anger or blame, just choosing to do this where it is legal and won't cause problems for anyone else. Again, I appreciate the mods reopening this thread so people can connect and confirm since most have spent the money to ship eggs already. I do enjoy this forum and all the knowledge that is shared here.
