January Egg Train Destinations/ Add your's

I know more people have to be traveling that can lend a hand.

Lots of bird shows coming up, so maybe it would be a good time to help a BYCer family member.

I will be going to Davis on the 16th from Modesto and back.

I can do something that day, although I'm going for my grand daughter's competition and I'll be busy most of the day, but I'll be coming back in the evening or later afternoon and can transport.

I'll be leaving Modesto very early, so I can meet with or pick up on friday the 15th.

Going from Hwy 101 & Fulton Road down/across to Stockton show January 29th early AM, & then up to Kelseyville via Hwy 5, 20, 53, & 29 on the 30th for a class (asap after 10:30 coop out... class starts at 1PM).

Need a ride for some chicks from Dayton Ohio to Stockton show or to Sonoma County.

Thanks Kim for doing this!

(and my mom will be up here Feb 19th weekend & might be persuaded to ferry critters or eggs back down to Norco)

Oh that would be nice.

I hope some more people offer some help. Craigslist seems to help a lot too, but we're all poultry people here, so it would be nice if we could all do this for eachother.

Tiff in MO has the following plans

I have a trip I am planning in the next 1 to 3 weeks which will take me through Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma ... most travel will be on the I-70 / I-15 corridor and I-44 / I-40 corridor. I am not under any sort of time pressure so can detour slightly. Any donations to help me with my gas costs would be appreciated, I have been without a regular paycheck since May so things are very tight (aren't they for everyone?)

We live in NE Ohio and often go down to southern ohio and NW PA if anyone needed birds transported either way. I'll try to continue to keep an eye on this thread but feel free to email or PM if I can help!

I have a request I'd like to humbly toss out there...One of our fellow BYCer's is auctioning a LGD puppy that I would really, really love to bring home....problem is they are in Arkansas and I'm here in Ohio...about a 15 hour drive. if anyone is going that direction and could bridge the distance a bit I would be a very grateful woman!

I'm in the Willamette Valley in Oregon (Corvallis area) and I can help out with birds/eggs needing to go up and down I-5 north as far as Vancouver, WA and as far south as Cottage Grove, OR area. I can also help with getting birds to the Central Coast from I-5.
