January Hatch Buddies?

Hi everyone!

After tonight's candling I have 42 eggs (down from 118) in the incubator, funny how the final number worked out to be the capacity of the auto-turner!

I really hope some hatch! My incubator has been stable between 99 and 100 and my humidity has been 40-45.

I have:

1 Mottled Houdan egg
13 Silkie/ Lavender Ameraucana mix eggs
15 E.E. eggs
1 BBR Phoenix
2 LF Black Cochin eggs
4 Silkie/ serama mix eggs
6 Barred Rock eggs

These are due on January 22nd. I started with 118 eggs after postal damaged eggs were deducted. Most of the ones I removed were clear, with maybe 20% quitters.

My first group goes into lockdown on Thursday.. I candle on that day..then hatching this weekend.. CAN'T WAIT..

I am so behind you guys, only on Day 3. Maybe by hatch date, this darn snow will be melted and we'll have some more normal winter weather for Georgia.

January 16th, 20th and 27th.. I am truly obsessed...

I got pics!
There is 1 guinea and 2 silkies from the NYD hatch.
3 BC Marans and the showgirl from last week.....AND the brooder that only my DH's brain could configure! Seriously.....there is a reptile heating pad glued under the glass on the bottom and 2 bulbs on top. All 3 are adjustable! It is the coolest thing ever!
