Japanese Bantam (chabo) Breeders?

Looking for more info on Japanese bantam breeders that sell chicks/eggs. Does anyone know of good sources? Thanks so much in advance!

Do you have a preference of eggs or chicks? Is shipping ok?
I'm not a hundred percent sure if this is accurate, but I've read the have the cp lethal gene, which would affect hatch rates.
