Japanese Bantam mix?

    I hatched this guy from an egg (a tiny egg!) I was told he was a Japanese bantam, which I believe his mother was, but I doubt his father was. I was told the father from the other eggs from the same farm was a partridge rock cross. Does he look like he fits the description?

    Your bird doesn't look like he has any Japanese Bantam in him--he's too large, the body type is wrong, and his legs are long (Japanese Bantams have short legs). He looks like some sort of gamebird mix.

    Handsome rooster, whatever he is!
