Jelly like egg whites on boiled eggs

Good evening everyone,

I am a fairly new chicken mom here. We have been enjoying our chickens and eggs for about a year now. Learning more and more each day. We have had a strange thing happen the past 2 weeks or so. We have boiled a few eggs and the yolk is hard but the white part is jelly looking. I have had 3 eggs like this over the past week or so. Any idea what could be happening?

Welcome to BYC. That is one of the symptoms of infectious bronchitis. I'm not saying that your flock has that, just that you might want to read up on it, and keep an eye out for other signs and symptoms.
