jelly like substance coming from chicken?

My chicken is very healthy, eats, drinks, feathers are shiny, and she sounds good. I am pretty sure some clear jelly like substance is oozing from her? I haven't seen it but lately around my house I've spotted it. And i found one on top of my coop, where she usually likes to hang out. Can you tell me what it is?

Can you get a picture of it? I've never heard of that.
