Jersey Giant Hen?

Hi!
From up until 3 minutes ago, I though my hen Raven was a Jersey Giant and then...I saw a picture of a Black Marans and realized that she is a not Jersey Giant. At least... I don’t think she is a Jersey Giant. If anybody is able to help me confirm her breed, that would be great! Thanks in advance!

She is about 1 year old and is the mother of six pullets! One of which layed her first egg two days ago!

BJG are completely black, without any other color but their red comb and yellow foot bottoms.

Ok thank you! I’ll check her foot color! I’ve never heard of a black sex link. I’ll look it up!

She does look like a black sex link! As a chick, we got an assorted mix and she was the only chick of her breed so we have nothing to compare her to.

Thank you! She is my sister’s favorite. She is a naughty little hen though as she could fly over our 6 ft chain link fence and get out. She got out and laid 17 eggs in the middle of November! All hatched but we took 14 inside because she couldn’t handle all of them. Unfortunately, 4 didn’t make it later on. ;(
Later, we got 7 cockerels and 6 pullets! Sold the cockerels and now we have 6 nice mixed breed pullets who are just starting to lay!

I have one question about her regarding her comb. She appears to have the comb of a Jersey Giant. Am I wrong, or is her comb wrong? Or both?

I also vote black sex link (I've also heard them called Black Stars). BJGs have no red in their plumage, they are a glossy greenish beetle black all over.

This one looks just like my godsister's Black Stars, they are very brave chickens, her flock adopted an elderly beagle as their mother.
