Jersey Giant VS Brahma

I live in australia the temperament here is hot 40 degrees Celsius on hottest days in the winter huge banks of fog creep in autumn has a slight chill yet you can still sweat up plenty spring is the same as autumn but no chill more heat I want to grow either Brahma chickens or jersey giants for meat which one do you think would suit me best

Also I want to do something similar to a youtube video which is called normal guy quits job to look after chickens. Or something along those lines it was uploaded by Justin Rhodes which I’ve felt as if he were a great teaching aid

I have three hatchery quality brahmas and a hatchery quality BJG. I love all four of them, and they all came through the winter well. The only thing I suggest is to make sure you have your ventelation, as I think my BJG got a touch of frost bite, but it wasn't too bad.
One thing with brahmas is that if you allow them in the snow a lot, you're going to have to make sure their feet feathers stay clear. They can get covered in frozen snow and ice.
