Jersey's tail?

I have 3 jersey giants. This one has a different back end. Is this normal? He or she is about 11 weeks old. Thanks in advance!!

I had a white Jersey giant that had the same problem! Her tail finally grew in (it took forever) and now at 6 months her tail is completely normal
