Thanks eh...I did not enter this photo below but same day and last of the sequence as two of the pics I did post in the contest...she even flipped Fixins the virtual "bird" and made off where SHE wanted to go...attitude in these red girls, eh?
Thankfully Fixins just humoured her and got her turned back around without harming a feather on this insolent bird.
Son was not ill this weekend...so we ordered up two large Hawaiians to bring on over to his place. We ate a meal together and then, and then....the boys got to play guitars...I got to listen to me men and it was SO beautiful!
What I think I found the neatest was the way technology has progressed. Now Rick has his own mixing board and pedals, guitar speakers, and all that jazz...but the Boy, he has his own sound room now and of course, newer technology. WOW is all I can say!
You will note there is a tablet on the Boy's music stand...has the cords and words for him to strum and sing by. If you look to the far left on the table, that is his smart phone...playing a rendition of Mr. Bojangles for them to play along to. Kinda like a Karaoke thingmabobby.
His sound system is so simple yet complex...compact...he can even record a copy of them singing and playing and play it back...all on a flash stick. Blows my mind...a demo tape in an instant, kewl!
Mr. Bojangles:
We listened to Alexander play Stair Way to Heaven, they played on and on together so many tunes I plumb forget them all now... All that listening to my boys play, I dang near tearred up, eh.
I see many, many more trips in the future to see them play, jamb, me listen, click pics and just enjoy.

No, no, no! Only emotions allowed are joy and happiness...OK...maybe a bit of confusion when I get geneticing but no unhappy and NO crying unless it is with JOY!
Got a ton of meals to post, so let's do that...
Feb 26, 2015 - pork ribs, mashers and nibbies
Feb 27 lunch and then supper (burgers and home fries) below
Breakfast on Sunday, Feb 28 was wonderful with Rick home...French Toast with pork sausage
And well that was yesterday's lunch brunch snacker...Booberry pie
Has been a tad colder (justifying the consumption of PIE eh) than what the winter has been throwing...I can say that March has come in like a lion at -24C/-11F and the wind...ircumba...the winds. Some pretty incredible snow drifts where people have desecrated all the trees. I wonder now if it will go out like a lamb...we shall see, eh.
So because of the cold morns, I have been torturing the bus kids with various renditions from my hat collection.
The top left I got for Christmas from Santa (plus sheepy slippers, post those here too) ...them ears flop up and down, eh. The top right, I just bought that one...told the kids, I have an extra EYE on dem...had the Bison and Wolfy ones for a while now.
SHEEP TOES!
Rammy one was worn this morn.
Have not worn any yet but the top left one...poor kids, eh?
These ones won't be as warm as the other previous ones, but hey now...soon to be time change so spring is on its way, eh!

Being my shadow and escorting me from here to there
Making sure I have not overdone it and can still toss toys...she's like a blood pressure monitor or energy gauger
And ever present to make sure no harm befalls HER birds - she looks like a DIRECTOR on a movie set, eh
