no I keep adding eggs when they are laid


I'm afraid this is where your problem is. You would be better collecting and storing your eggs and then setting them all at the same time. You need high humidity for them to hatch but the constant high humidity is no good for eggs that are not as far along in incubation. The ones that are just added need lower humidity to be able to lose enough moisture and for the air cell to grow large enough. If the air cell does not grown enough the chick can drown when it pips into it.

Figured out it was a chick that hatched and fell through the great and died
