Thanks!! I love the welcome!! As a first time chicken owner I need lots of info and help. So I joined here and its given me lots of help and I'm having fun posting all day every day!! Also I can help other people now too!!!

Thanks for all the warm welcomes!! I've been lurking for YEARS, but finally decided to join and be able to post since I've ordered my first batch of chicks from a hatchery and they're arriving TUESDAY! So excited!

What breeds are you getting? Right now I have a BO, a BA, and a Ancona all at 50 days of age also I have an EE and Silverlaced Polish at 1 week of age.

I got five "girls" (let's wait and see how accurate MPC was before we say for sure!)
Silver laced wyandotte, partridge Plymouth Rock, partridge cochin, buff brahma, and a salmon faverolle! I've never had any of those breeds, except cochins, so I'm pretty excited to see how they all grow up!
