Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.
There are lots of lists that will tell you when a specific breed will lay. It's just averages. A pullet will lay when her body is ready.

These age to reach maturity specs are approximations. The length of time will vary dramatically with season and amount of light they receive daily (day length vs. length of dark period).
Other than perhaps games and seramas, one of the earliest maturing breeds I know of are Jaerhons.

I'd say average onset of lay for most breeds is 18-26 weeks.
Some will go sooner and some later.
Diet and especially time of year can weigh heavily.
