We have discussed starting a backyard flock for a few years but finally got started last week. We have six chicks, a Rhode Island Red, a Belgian D’Uccle, a Plymouth Rock, an Americauna, a Brahmin and an Asian black. It is such a joy to watch them! I also enjoy cooking and gardening and reading.
I am a mom to three young men who are 16, 19 & 21, a wife to a sweet and handy husband and a sixth grade reading teacher. This site has answered all my chicken questions over the last few years plus many more in the last few days! Thank you all so much!
