Judged Photo Contests - What's Allowed, and What's Not Allowed

What do you mean by action? Can you upload a few examples?

Like sportsing, or car racing, or airshows, etc... Things/people/critters in motion.

Action photos should be more than an old couple out for an evening walk.... I like to see either wind blowing something but not a flag... Flags got F's in college as a form of cliche. Horses at gallop at least, barrel racers rounding a barrel throwing dirt every which way, Supper Motocross with the rider in the sky holding on with one hand and not in the seat, etc. Sky is the limit with some imagination.
