Probably sour crop try some YouTube videos on how to possibly drain it and treat it

Photos of her droppings?
Is she laying eggs?

Check the crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink.
If the crop is still full/watery/gassy, then treat it as Sour according to the article below.

A crop problem is often a symptom of an underlying condition like reproductive disorders, worms, Coccidiosis and infection.

Have no idea of droppings. Got 40ish chickens. Just fouhd problem last nite , havent separated yet.

Shes only 3 months old. Born july 4 2022. No eggs

Will separate tonite and go from there. I seen videos of lancing the crop, syringing sugar water maybe, ive also heard of crushing up tums.. or maybe that’s another problem im thinking of.

Wow.
Crop surgery is your last resort. You only noticed this yesterday. It takes days and time to resolved a crop problem. Being liquid and gassy, I'd treat as Sour Crop, you're looking at treatment for 7 days twice a day. Read the article and the comments as well.

Tums is for treating reproductive issues like egg binding, prolapse, etc.

Gave her coconut oil.. massaged crop easily . She spit up alot of it. Feathers, leaves, mucus. Didnt stink at all so im guessing thats a good sign. The bottom part of crop felt almost gritty. Top was firm / puffy. Didnt really feel watery i would say. She is drinking water fine, and was pecking around yard when i went and caught her.

Check it first thing before she's had anything to eat/drink.

Mucous does not sound too good. It can take days for a crop to actually become infected/sour, so hopefully you've caught it early.

If possible, take a sample of her poop for testing to see if worms and/or Coccidiosis are part of the issue as well. Could be she's just impacted, but a lot of times there's a contributing condition that needs to be addressed as well.

i say it was mucus.. it wasnt like our white / yellow flem mucus when we throw up. This was brown & dirty basicaly same color as there feed. Whixh btw if anyone asks, they get a sack of produced pride layer feed & purina all flock, and also snack on the 20% chic starter if they are in the area. keep crushed limestone, pebbles, & oyster shells in seperate bowl. occasionally egg shell if one busts while collecting.
