July Online Mystery Hatching Egg Swap Now Closed

We did that last summer and it was fun (right Jennifer). Some even used different addresses and names. Once the chicks hatched some posted pictures to help identify them. I'd like to do this within our categories.

Did you get your eggs from me for June. Hot2Pot sent them. What did you get?

Yep... I posted on the June thread.... got 'em... don't know what they are though.
On top of the shipping box... it said mixed bantam from Jim... but on the egg carton inside... it said mottled cochins.... the eggs looked different so I have no idea.

I got mine from her as well. Eight of the eggs have SS on them which I assume is speckeled Sussex.(I know she has these) and then there were 4 dark brown eggs in there that I have no clue as to what they are.

Yes, that was quite fun. Except for those of us that are extremely impatient and cant seem to stand surprises. Lol. It would be fun to do again though. Especially since you're in charge now.

Mrheinz77, when you send out addresses do you usually send out what that individual is willing to take? I would hate to send out bonus eggs and my partner not really want them. Does that make sense????

I can do that. Usually I try to give everybody their fisrt or second choice and any extras are a bonus. I'll see what I can do.
