How long before Jumbo quail reach full size?

I don't know Kim but mine are a week old and are almost totally feathered out.

Eight weeks is good enough, but by 6 weeks they should look like they do at 8 weeks but sometimes can get bigger.

Nuttons and coturnix are full grown in 6 weeks.Bobwhites are flying at 16 weeks,but full size about 12 weeks.
