Jumbo Pekin egg is on day 31 and doesn’t fill the egg but is moving a lot

This is my first hatch and I had gotten 7/9 of my eggs that made it until the end to hatch from day 28,29, and 30, but I have one Jumbo Pekin egg that looks like it’s trying to internally pip, but doesn’t look ready. He doesn’t fill the shell and has a lot of veining, most of my other eggs were distinctly filling the shell. However the Jumbo is moving quite a bit.
