Jumping/Flying Chicken Contest, WINNERS POSTED!!!!

No, I don't but I know a lot of people on here that will sell you eggs. Silkies are pretty sensitive. They are not durable for shipping till they get at least 2 month old IMO. I have to be very careful with them after they hatch because sometimes they won't make it after a few days. The ones that do normally are gonna be just fine. But they definitely need warmth for some time. Unlike my RIR and barrs. I would be leary of anyone willing to ship you week old silkies in the winter. You may not like what's in the box when you open it. As far as eggs go, off the top of my head, BHEP, HOT2POT, Emvickery sell hatching eggs. All of mine came from them and they are lovely. I bet if you do a search on BYC you will find people in Oregon that sell chicks or eggs. That would be a safer bet for you.

Romeo and Samson setting boundaries. Neither one was hurt. Little Romeo was the winner!

Here are some pictures of my girls in mid air. I hope you enjoy!:

In this first picture, the little baby flew up my daughter chest to give her a hug!

<

And of course Tara obliged by reciprocating that hug!

Madeline was "teaching" the young pullets to fly. . .

And Jump For Treats!
