Jumping Hens

    My girls are 13 week old Brown Shaver Pullets and they're beginning to "jump" about a metre onto the roof of our coop. Other than the jumping, they never seem to get more than a wingspan off the ground...and they crash land. The only problem with them jumping is they tend to umm.... deficate on the outdoor dining table. There is no risk of them running into predators (apart from mum for going on her favourite table). What do you think is best for me?
    (edited to add) I don't call it flying because they dont really go that far...
