Jungle Fowl First Time Raising (Black Australorp)?

I purchased a Jungle Fowl chick, this is the first time I have had one, has anyone else had experience with them as far as adaptability w/other chickens, egg laying, personality, etc. I only bought one and they were all mixed so I don't know the sex, my wife has a way of telling she believes its a hen, it has something to do with the wing growth.

I was looking at some Black Australorps they are black with a green shine, since my rooster isn't a jungle fowl maybe he is a Australorp?
Does anyone have any?

that wing growth thing shouldnt matter on those birds. but if it is a hen it will have a brown chest and a rooster will feather in black in the breast. That should start at about 5 or 6 weeks.

My rooster is 5 weeks out he is almost all black with a shade of green, his comb and waddles have already started to turn red.

Whoever sold that one to you and said its "JungleFowl" must be REALLY messing with you. They can't be serious!!! Haha.

That isn't a JungleFowl.

Ouch...(if you spent a lot for him).
