that is so funny! They cant sue you...it would cost them $500 just to start the paperwork. Another thing, they probably have so many ducks that they are calling all their customers telling them to pick up "their" ducks so people will feel guilty and go get them. Just a ploy.

I got to thinking about the scam thing, are times that tough that they would scare away potential customers to make a buck? I always thought Gurney's was one of the best online nurseries. I am going to think about this.

The funny thing about this whole thing, is they were having a pretty good sale. But the invoice they sent with the trees were full price.....?
