Just a few more days....Anyone else waiting?

OMgosh; hubby just burst my bubble!!! They wer supposed to ship monday...however; there is NO mail on monday..so that means they ship tuesday which means I may not get them til friday..which means their 3 day yolk nutrient supply will be at the end...I may have sick chicks..and I am NOT experienced to know how to deal with them!!!!

My chickmas is Wednesday!

I have a very small order- 1 EE, 1-RSL, 1-BR and 1-BA. I cannot wait. Put the finishing touches on the brooder just now. I can tell Spring is getting closer- plants are sprouting in the basement, bees are flying and chicks are coming.

Congrats everyone! I am going to TSC to get the supplies today!

I am going to make their brooder guard out of the cardboard boxes our TV stand came in. I get to recycle and make a brooder for my chickies at the same time!
