This changed sometime in the past couple weeks, and it just bugs me Why is the second word in just these two phrases capitalized and not in the others? I think the old way is more correct, and this stands out like a sore thumb...

If that's not the truth! I've seen the other things mentioned in the other post(s) but just ignored them or overlooked them. Then when someone brings it up, I'm kicking myself why didn't I say something back when I noticed it, and now why the heck do I have to notice it every day again.

I think the first letter of every word in a phrase should be capitalized unless it’s a little word like “to” (basically the way titles are written). It looks nicer and more professional.
