O.K....Chickens in general
I grew up as a farm kid - and we always had chickens - but all I knew was feed 'em, and eat em. Now - that I am past most of my working years - I want to raise some Dual Purpose chickens for quality meat and eggs. I run a BBQ cooking forum, and make seasonings for cooking....so this is sort of an extension of my desire to have a better resource - and understanding of the value of that resource. The Chicken!
I look forward to learning - and making some friends here!
