here I'd p i c of wound underneath wing. He is panting and still bleeding. Please give advice!

Ouch!

I'm no vet but unless he is at risk of bleeding to death I'd put him in a warm safe place and give him a chance to calm down. Clean it up and treat it later. Shock would be what kills him first. Chickens heal well I had ones with worse wounds that survived. But some with lesser wounds that died of shock.

He is still alive. Stands up but won't eat. How should I dress the wound ?v already put warm compress with peroxide
