Just candled eggs/Day 12

I have 11 eggs in the bator and I could see movement in 8 of them. I'm very excited. This is my first time and I can't believe that it might actually work!

Congratulations!!

I'm going on day 8 of my first hatch and so far have movement and veining in 6 out of 8! I feel your excitement!

8 of them are eggs from either barred rock hens or this black hen I suspect is a Norfolk grey. She's black with a green and purple sheen but white lacing around her neck. The rooster is a white rock. THe other 3 eggs are a plain black bantam hen and a unidentified bantam roo.

So basically a bunch of barnyard specials..
