So he was my first Rustic Aseel rooster(Puertorican Reza Type), this was his last chance to produce chicks with a known hen(I have 5 chicks from her and his own younger brother), set 14 eggs(7 with the broody and 7 on my DIY built incubator) and none produced embryos, about 5 months ago I had two hens with 10 eggs each and none produced embryos, so my very expensive rooster is now going to feed my wife(I don't eat my own chickens)

The good news is that I hatch 4 nephews of his and they are looking mighty impressive at 1.5 month old, so I will pick the best two to replace him

I did not get any weight on his carcass, I had the rooster processed by my wife who made soup already. I wanted no part of that as I don’t eat the birds I raise. I dont name them but I feel very sad when one is put to sleep

This is his younger brother and Sire of my 5 chicks.

Did you consider using AI before this?

I did, I actually took it to an expert and he could not extract any sperm fluid from him, he said he was dry
So, he's a sterile boy. I have a Guinea Cock who's also sterile.
