Sure! They are good for you, and you just have to use fresh raw eggs to make real homemade mayonnaise--which I just did. I also put them in smoothies occasionally but I don't really like fruit smoothies. I just love my fresh backyard eggs scrambled in some raw farm-fresh butter. And I agree with a poster who said that growing up with small amounts of 'crud' (how poetic!) in the diet is a good thing, giving the immune system a workout.
