I have 5 RIR and for some reason they just started randomly coming out of their coup recently, they usually go in at 7 pst and then around 5 or 6 pst AM but they're wandering around 1 and 2 am now... Just checking if this is normal or should I do something

Not normal. And if they have the ability to do this, they are not safe. It makes them completely vulnerable to predation by anything that comes along in the night and finds them.

Please post pictures of their coop, inside and out.

You need to thoroughly check the coop for mites.

Welcome to BYC.

Are they coming out into a covered and predator-proofed run or into the open where they are vulnerable?

Are there any lights, including the bright moon, shining into their coop? I get some crowing from my boys on bright, moonlit nights in their open air coops that are mostly wire and when I had my in-town flock they would be disturbed by car headlights hitting their coop from time to time.

But Dobie's advice about checking for mites is excellent.
