So if that's where you're seeing a roo coloring ocming in then YEP that's a roo. As for feathers on the head....you will be able to sex them before the head feathers come in completely

Im alot sadder then I thought I would be , my 8 not so little quail are gone now. They went to there new home tonight. My friend chris took them, he hasnt decided if there gonna be pets/ egg layers or if there gonna be food, origanlly he wanted them for meat but when he saw them as babies he decided he wasnt shure he would be able to eat them .
